8 Days Fly-in Masai Mara & Diani Safari

Day 1: Nairobi – Masia Mara National Reserve
Pick up from your hotel in Nairobi or Airport in the morning and transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight at 1000hrs to Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival at Airstrip, you will be picked and transferred to your hotel in time for lunch and afternoon game drive. Enjoy the afternoon game drive on a 4x4 land cruiser across the Mara Plains as you encounter the big five.

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
Our days start with breakfast at the lodge and by 0800hrs we will leave with picnic lunches in hand for an extensive game drive. The landscape here is scenic savanna grassland on rolling hills. This reserve is the best park for games in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network that allows for close range viewing and photography. Your game drive will include a visit to the Mara River, which is a point of migration and a place to spot crocodiles and hippopotamus and break for a picnic. Your game drive will continue till 1700hrs, after which you will get out of the park for two hours of optional activities.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, go on other different routes in search of big cats and experiencing hunting. You'll enjoy unlimited game drives through rolling grassland and signature flat-topped acacia trees. Optional balloon safari and visit to Maasai village can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve – Diani Beach

Have an early morning game drive, return for breakfast at the camp. Thereafter, you will depart from Masai Mara at around 1100hrs and connect flight to Diani in Nairobi. Arrive Diani in time for lunch and afternoon beach leisure and hotel activities or rest. Note: You can also have lunch in Nairobi before proceeding to Diani Beach.

Day 5: Diani Beach
Full day at crystal sandy beaches of Diani as you can relax, rejuvenate and unwind in this tropical paradise with its warm ocean currents. Explore the coast further south towards the Shimoni area; head out on a snorkelling excursion to see the fascinating marine creatures that live in the Kisite Marine Park. During lunch delight in the innovative culinary creations made from the freshest of seafood caught on your doorstep combined with local ingredients.

Day 6: Diani Beach

After breakfast, enjoy your final day at Diani beach. In the afternoon, transfer to Airport for your flight to Nairobi. Arrive Nairobi and be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time to catch your return home flight.
